Doesn't really 'explain it' just basically said that the PS4 is a bit more powerful than the XboxOne (which we've known for a bit now)
M$ has no reason to be "fuming" they should have either: used better hardware, provided the dev kits sooner, or whatever. It's not IW's fault that the game won't run @ 1080p60 on XB1.

What ever. I already defeated it on my 360.. I could not give a care less about the xbox one nor the ps4.

M$ couldn't be happy that this story came out even before the Xbone was released. It's negative publicity, which I'd figure you don't want before a product has even been released -- especially on a AAA title and franchise like Call of Duty.
