what I'm seeing is the memory settings are for of from the xmp profile under the spd tab of cpu-z.
I am seeing lots of dust buildup.

I agree with reseating the gpu and it connectors.

I am not seeing enough air in the tubes to cause overheating other than under a stress test.

try reseating the gpu as mentioned in the earlier post and reset the bios to default, you can look at the plumbing after the rig is stable.
