Gigabyte's warranty questions

Someone was selling a Gigabyte 6950 on these forums...exact card I have, so if the warranty wont cover my card, I'll have that one as a backup. If the card is replaced, then I can run them in SLI....and it only cost $125 shipped! Cant afford it, but I had no choice, and got a great deal.
