I have a tube of that (and AS-5, too...hehehe). While I can't comment on the Shin Etsu (as I could never get the stuff to spread properly on the CPU...it's like working with modeling clay..:rolleyes: ), I can say the AS-5 is definitely better than AS3.

I'll be writing a review of AS-5 for the Front Page here at overclockers.com w/in the next week. The system I'm using is the "rig in the sig" (2nd link)... The AS-5 is just about settled in, and temps seem to have stabilized, and aren't dropping any further, so it's just about time to get that going.
