Won't let me sign on!

I just finished up my new system today. I tried connecting to the internet through msn (dial-up). And what it does is sign me on and log me off right away. Does anyone know why its doing this. I did all that trouble shooting BS too non of it helped. Anyone know a phone number to call MSN and ask about it...preferably in the southern california (los angeles) area. Maybe someone else out there has experienced this same problem...do share how you were able to remedy this.

i did a trial of MSN and it was the worst ISP ever. It always logged me off after 5-10 mins. Im guessing the problem is on their end somewhere, u should be able to find a tech # somewhere

but also check the server status hmm.. connection server seems to be having "minor difficulties" LOL!
