Crap.. I fried something :/

So stupid me wanted to bench the system @ 3840 274:274 well it benced fine, then when iw as saving my image in PS it BSOD'd. Then it died totally cold on login to windows. After bios reset i was able to boot only to have it die on me in bios. I can get into bios if i reset it but it just freezes there after a minute or so. Did my northbrige die or is it my cpu? I requested a rma for my motherboard but i'm just not sure if that's it. I cant do cross testing among other systems untill saturday or so.

you got another stick of RAM around to try and isolate the problem?

Yeah but it's in this box i'm on now a 1.7 mini atx celeron box. with ddr 2100.
