I This Mobo any good with this cpu?

Hello all
I have a 2.40C and a friend gave me this mobo to go along with the cpu.

A friend gave me a brand new ECS PT800CE-A mobo and I"ve been doing some research on this mobo and there seems to be quite a few memory issues with the mobo. Does anyone have any idea if this mobo is OK or not?

Are planning to O/C? if you do then that mobo is crap.

If you intend on doing any playing with an overclock then I advise you to put the motherboard up for sale and purchase an Asus P4P800 series or Abit IC7 Max3. The 2.4C will make some fine overclocking with one of these boards.
