okay guys, I got the hint- I just ordered a new full tower case, there are (2) 90mm fans on the front blowing in, (2) 90 mm fans on the rear blowing out and (1) 90 mm fan on the top blowing out- this combined with a gw fob 38 I just ordered should help do the trick!
