Best Thermal Compound?

I like PK-1 and MX-4.

Mounting pressure makes more difference than thermal paste.
me and my friends actually did a long series of test on that, so be sure you have it secured tightly!!

I used Indigo Xtreme on this build and it dropped my temps 3 degrees from AS-5. I got it right on the first try and that is saying something (for me anyways). I recommend it as long as you follow the directions.

IX is REALLY expensive though, $10/mount. +1 to PK-1.

Yeah but I learned long ago to spend a little extra on the front and you can end up saving money later. It all depends on your goals. I wanted the lowest thermal footprint and did not mind paying extra for it. My limit was that I did not want a custom water loop. I don't trust myself that much.
