thoughts on fixed loop

Hey everybody, I'm just looking for some thoughts around closed loop liquid coolers like this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118134 I've only ever air cooled and I'm not sure if I want to get into building a water cooling loop ground up. Do these work well? I'm looking to OC a Phenom II 945.

That would perform about equal to a 212 EVO.
But it'll be louder, have a higher chance of failure, and cost twice as much.

I'd still recommend in reading the watercooling stickies since that's not technically a sealed loop since its basically a pre-kit of custom components put together with option of expanding.
