Officially Confirmed: Intel drops Netburst, all successors will be based on the P-M

Dothan is the BEST CPU on the market right now.
Its just a shame that Intel never did like it (other than desktop) before.
But with the turn around intel has done to make the P6 based CPU's their flagship on the desktop again, AMD should be very afraid

i knew that netburst would be dropped, cause when they switched fromthe 3.0e and ghz ratings, and they went to the 560 and 660 and all that jazz, i knew that it wouldnt be a high ghz thing anymore. intel realized that they needed to switch, and lo and behold here it is.
