As the title says, I was just wondering what the differences between these two cards are. I know one is the nv35 core and the other a nv38 and the 5950 allows for more voltage to the gpu and ram. But are there really any major differences between the two? I have a BFG FX5900 XT OC and am looking to flash it to one of these two bios's. Just curious, thats all... Thanks!

The difference as far as I know is only speed related. The 5900 Ultra is clocked at 450/850 and the 5950 Ultra is 475/950. Before you flash, make sure that your card will run at these speeds.
