Simple question here. I'm running my system off a SATA RAID with the onboard nForce4 RAID controller on my Lanparty UT nF4. It's been working well, but now that the Lanparty UT Expert is out, I may find myself upgrading.

My question is this: If I swap one board for the other and simply rebuild the array on the other board, will it work out alright? Or am I better off copying everything on a backup drive...

definetly copy onto a backup drive. Even if the controller is the same you might have the drives switchted or it might erase TOC of the drives when you recreate the array.
