which one is better slk 800 or CoolerMaster IHC-L71? also with slk 800 which fan that would perform best?

SLK for sure man. A tornado 84CFM seems to do really good with that HS, but then again which HS wouldn't? If you value your ears though, pick up a 50 CFM Sunon, or something a bit more quiet.

Well, the SLK-800 really needs lots of air for performance; a 50cfm sunon is going to have trouble pushing much air through all those fins. With a lower powered fan, the best heatsink available is really the AX-7. And these can be found dirt cheap at many websites.

Alpha's 8045 does pretty good with the moderate CFM fans, but for the price you can get a bit better performance with an AX-7.

Yeah, they do eli. I have 40 CFM Sunon on mine, works great.
