I know there are methods for this on the web, but I have two hard drives. One has windows 7 ultimate, clean install, nothing else on it, and another partition I intend for user files to be shared between windows 7, 8, and linux. The other hard drive is a single partition containing everything for windows 7, and I want to move everything to the other partition. I need to move the user files location, but is there any easier way to do that, such as copying it to where I want it to be and editing the registry from the other installation? If so, how can it be done?

Please and thank you.
