SOLVED System hang after POST and before OS boot

Well I've figured out the problem. It was a usb bluetooth tab plugged into a mobo spot and I completely forgot about it. Once I unplugged the bluetooth the boot time drastically decreased. I appreciated everyone's help and sorry for always being late replying. Again thanks everyone for the help.
