So if i stick a 120mm fan blowing air over those i should be good to go right?

You can stick them on the area I highlighted in post #5 using thermal tape such as this. Then if you want to put a fan on them, it may be easier to fit a couple of 50mm fans on them, then to try and get a 120mm in that area to blow on them. You could just use double sided tape to mount the 50mm ones directly on the heatsinks.

Just got them in the mail today and installed them and added two 120mm fans in that area, seems to be working like a charm.
