here is a closeup its not finish't yet need to mill some more channels but run out of time next week going to do more work on it : ))
that black stuff is just burnd oil hey was in a hurry milling hehehe :D
 
how fast are you going????

im gonna be doing similar milling but on a small mill... and what are your rpms and how fast is that thing moving?

i used the tabel *** for aluminum its a bid sticky copper if it get hot but *** long *** you use oil ore cooling water you be safe
i used 1500 rpm for a 6mm mill needet 4000 but the dame machine woodent go higer and 500 rpm for a 18mm mill but *** long *** the (feeding?) isent to high ore always save whit lower rpm
but anyway good luck whit ore's and keep use posted
