3 pin fan to 4 pin on motherboard

I have a Noctua NH-C12P SE14 cpu heatsink and the 140mm fan that comes with it, (link: http://ncix.com/products/?sku=47091&...facture=Noctua ) and an ASUS Sabertooth Z77 motherboard (link: http://ncix.com/products/?sku=69881&...S&promoid=1205 ) the motherboard has the 4 PWM cpu fan connector and the fan has the 3 pin. I don't overly care about the pwm, I just want the fan to run, do not care about the noise. Is there a connector that I can get or is there a 140mm red fan (led preferred) that is pwm? If so, could you provide links?

The 3 Pin will plug into the 4 Pin header on the board and work just fine.

It just won't have PWM control.
