Transferring Raid 0 Config to New Mobo

Will I be able to move my drives to a new mobo without losing my data? My drives are currently on a Sil 3112 Rev 2 controller. Will the same raid controller be needed on the new mobo or will any will a different controller be fine?

Needs to be the exact same Storage Controller & Controller BIOS revision.

So basically I'm going to have to back up my data/media and wipe the drive cause there is no way that when I switch over it will be the same. I don't think I want it to be the same. There much better controllers these days. Thanks for the heads up. I'm going to have to find a way to back up like 50GB worth of home video and music.
