On my mobo and CPU they both support ddr3 1600 ram at 1.5 volts.
motherboard is ga-b85m-d3h
cpu is 4770

Nowhere on the manual does it list the supported latency and timings of the RAM?
I will be using 4gb x2 sticks (same sticks) in dual channel
Will the cpu and mobo support any timing if the sticks are the same?
Just letting you know, I don't care about timing latency, etc. I just want a RAM stick that will POST, and I'm worried if I choose a different timing, the system won't POST.
I don't care about overclocking RAM
Also, one more question. Will 1.65v ram work in my system?

Use the RAM QVL given by the manufacturer of the motherboard for that individual model

Mobos are supporting every available memory timings that you can find on the market. Also SPD settings should work on every board. XMP profiles are not always working but every memory on the market should run at least at basic SPD/Auto settings as it's almost always 1333 9-9-9 or 1600 11-11-11.
1.65V will for sure work without any issues on every board.
