Is 600W enough for this build?

I may also add some fans in the future and probably get a fan controller, definitely going to overclock. Also, is there any cheaper PSU than this with also a great quality? Will the CPU bottleneck my graphics card? (probably not, just making sure)

That wattage is enough with overclocking.

As far as cheaper PSU's, not really. $60 for a 600W PSU is about right (without sales). The CX isn't garbage, but I wouldn't call it great either.

That CPU will not bottleneck the GPU, no.

If you want a PSU that is great instead of just alright in the quality department, check out the Seasonic G 550W
