Ivy bridge oc with power saving?

New system!!!

Have my 3770k oc'd to 4.5ghz but cant seem to figure out how to enable the power saving features with an overclock?

Running on an Asus p8z77-v pro

Why do you want power saving enabled if you're overclocking? Seems counterproductive...

At any rate... what have you tried so far?

Power saving for when im not running full load.

Seems to be working now, just takes a few minutes to kick in, is that normal?

A few minutes seems a little long compared to what I'm used to with AMD, but a certain amount of time does have to pass before your CPU will clock down after the load is reduced.
