Macbooks are made in production lines run by Dells, the factory wants cheap computers, so it's no surprise.

I think you can buy Apple monitors seperately? Still, It's hilarious to see anything in an Apple factory using Windows.

Agreed, Thunderbolt displays are sold at the low low price of 1,000 but those do look like iMac's and not their displays
 
They probably have manufacturing related S/W that runs on Windows only. They may not have any choice. It's possible they have Windows installed on Macs or possibly running Windows in a VM.
