Making VGA-Dummy Plugs

Really? I'll have to test that out today as my drivers are up in the 28x.xx range and I haven't rebooted for several months so I'll try getting both cards going without the plug then. Machine is seriously outdated asa far as updates are concerned anyways so a good time to do maintenance.
