Looking for a good laptop for gaming

...are the y510p still shipping with a different CPU than listed, or did they fix that? When I was looking to buy, the sites, box, manuals, list the 4700MQ, but what you actually get is the 4702MQ. The lower powered, throttled down variant. Google it.
And I wish they had made a way to use the on-board Intel CPU graphics, or at least disable one of the vid cards to only use one to save power.
It also bugs me that these have been the same price since they came out. Even on sale, I've never seem 'em under a grand. Amazon or NewEgg.
Hopefully they fixed this stuff, but I haven't seen anything on it recently. Kind of shady with the CPU thing, but i guess there's not really much of a choice in this price/option range. :/
