Hey guys, I've been beating my head over the following BSODS from a newegg package and I think I may have gotten more than a single faulty part. After discovering bad memory, which fails memtest, some of the BSODs continue to happen and, well, there are a couple. This makes me think it may be a bad motherboard as well. Any suggestions?

Bad memory equals bad disk writes. Bad writes can be anywhere on the disk, reinstall is in order.
