help whit bios

hi all I need help to get the best corect settings for my motherboard asrock x58 deluxe bios and i7 920 cpu some 1 that got good knowladge of this stuff and have time to help

you might have a better shot posting in the mobo section, but there are also various stickies around to help with getting you started in the process of OCing your rig. Since no two systems are the same, even if they are the same parts, it would be rough for someone to just guess at what should work.

Welcome to the forums, but read the stickies on overclocking.. there are pages and pages and pages of very useful information.

There are a few really good threads in the intel cpu forum to search for.
