Other than the mosfets that i will put heatsinks on (with superglue, is that ok??), cpu, and gpu--- i am planning on going from 3.0-4.2, I don't know what else I would need, just heard that p4p800 asus boards have a problem of fets heating up way too much. thanks!

Super Glue is not a good thermal conductor. If you use Super Glue, just put a dab on each corner and use thermal paste like Arctic Silver in the middle of the sink. Maybe that was what you planned, but you were not specific in your post.

You still need good case ventilation with those socket 478 Prescotts even with watercooling. Certainly, sinking the mosfets will help too. Those Asus mobos do droop voltage a lot, so maybe consider doing the mod.
