I am trying to flash a higher vcore and max power setting to my two GTX660s, but I am having problems finding the right program to mod the BIOS. I downloaded Kepler BIOS Tweaker, but there are some 15 different "power" categories, and I am not sure which to modify to increase the max power specification.

Any ideas on an alternative program or a user manual for Kepler BIOS Tweeker?

Here's what I did to the BIOS on my Zotac GTX 780 OC to get it to max out the Vcore voltage and max out my core overclock:

1.
modified the Voltage Table by increasing the first three rows to have the following voltage ranges, from the top:

1212 - 1225mV

1212 - 1225mV

1200 - 1225mV

2.
modified all the Voltage Table values from CLK 34
on down to have tighter ranges and higher limits
than stock

3.
steps 1 and 2 allowed me to finally get a Vcore readout of
1.212V

4.
modified Power Table by increasing the Def (mW) and Max (mW)
values to 333000 or 375000. Some modded GTX 780 BIOS's have
maxed these values to 600000 without any issues.

This got my core clock to 1200 Mhz, only 40Mhz more than I managed
to get w/the stock BIOS.

Peeps have managed some amazing overclocks w/GTX 680's and GTX 770's
w/modded BIOS's (1400Mhz or more) and vcores of 1.25V and more.

Modify which power table? There is like eight of them, and they are all unlabeled. Any idea how much additional I can get out of a GTX660? I am trying to determine if it is worth it. Right now I am at +35/ 1150 Mhz. core which is the max I can get at stock voltage and 110% power target.

I've seen the power tables set up as high as 600 Watts (600000mW). I've also read that
setting the power limits that high shouldn't cause any problems because most cards are
voltage limited. I think the power limits affect throttling, but I'm not positive.
