okay ive never heard of this but i thought i would throw my idea at you guys.
What if? you made a water block with SK-6 type fins on it, (somehow worked around the tubing) so that you could mount a fan on it and help cool off the water even more?? even a low cfm fan im sure might help somewhat don't you think?
now im no scientist or genious but ive been thinking about this for a few days at work and i think it would work don't you?
please no ridicule or flaming, i just think it would be cool to do/have, you already have to use a fan to cool the water, psu, video card, case air flow, so it wouldn't make much of a difference in noise unless you used a delta which would defeat the purpose of most WaterCooling setups..
