i need to know which board i have is better

i just got these 2 boards off my friend dirt cheap... ... well cheaper than dirt now days. they are an abit ab-bx6(has 4 ram slots an agp and 5 pci), and a abit be6-II(3 ram slots an agp slot and 5 pci). however the be6-II has 4 ide slots(cable connectors) and the ab-bx6 has 2. i just want to know which is better and possibly if you can tell me the bus speed and or recomended chip. thnx

p.s. these boards are both slot loading PGA 370, the kid had a celeron 500 in one and some p2 or 3 im not sure....

oh yah and if possible id like to know if these boards are overclockable and if so how difficult it is.
