Macase 250W PSU

I have this Macase PSU and my voltages are a bit low I think.

My system:
Celeron 633@791
256MB SDRAM
Asus P2B
Powermagic Radeon 8500LE 64MB
2 old Seagate HD's
24x CD drive
NIC
Aureal Vortex 2

Voltages:
+3.3V = 3.45
+5v = 4.75 - 4.90 sometimes lower
+12V = 11.80
-5V = -5.01
-12V = -11.57

Are these too low and will my PSU fry my system someday.

Those are fairly normal numbers, the 5volt could be higher. If your system is running fine don't worry.
