BD7II pictures @ newegg, missing HSF around CPU socket (???)

I was looking at some BD7II pictures @ newegg and coudnt see if HSF base was installed around CPU socket. Am I missing something here? I am planning to get new board after giving up on Asus P4S533. Anyway, would you recommend that board, or perhaps IT7?

The difference between the two being legacy serial/parallel & PCI slots.

Otherwise same chipset (845E) and excellent overclocking.

The draw backs are the undervolting of the V-core, which is fixable using the wire wrap.[//url]

The other short coming is the V-mem max of 2.7 - which is all you're goimng to get with the BD7II - not sure about IT7.

The highest Vmem in the IT7 is 3.2v..much better
