How do I attach a fan to GPU

I just got a Jaton GeForce MX 400 with a nice sized passive aluminum heatsink and want to mount a little fan on it. What's the best way to do this? Should I just superglue one?

Remove the Old Chipset Cooler, and make a Titan TTC-CUV2AB on it.

Yes, check out the URL that Da Whip gave you. I use AS Epoxy for my video card and it works well, but get the new stuff because it's better.
