Can this work guys?

Well i want to have a Linux server up going to use REDHAT 7.3, on a p2 , well anyway i need to buy a controller card, so i was thinking of getting a

60 gig hard drive and a promise Ultra 133 Tx2 , can redhat work fine with this setup?

Ok I have done some digging and I can't find nothing that says Redhat will support the promise Ultra 133 Tx2. All I can find are other people who can't get it to work.

Edit: I have used Redhat only for about ten minutes and that was a few yeas ago so I'm about as far from an expert as you can get. I'm good at looking things up though

You should post this in Alternative Operating Systems and I'm sure you'll get a better response.
