For the GF3 Ti200 a Crystal orb will suffice. I am using it with good results. (GPU30C idle-36C load) The northbridge can use the fan off the GF3 Ti.
Be sure to lap them and use some A/S thermal adhesive. Most of the heatsinks on the NB and GPU are still pretty rough.
If you have good airflow in the case, a PCI slot fan is not needed.
Have a 80-92MM fan in the lower front pulling in air and the same in the upper rear pulling out the hot air. They will outperform a PCI slot fan for the same price.

i think you misread my sig, i have a gf2 gts not a gf3 ti, and i already have 2 fans in the fron and back (both 80mm) the pci fan will be used to further cool my vid card my case temps (acording to my bios) are 32c after about an hour of being in the bios and i have never truely loaded my computer (sandra doesnt work on it, and it doesnt go onto the internet)

Oops, my bad.
Still the Orb will work for the GTS. If your GTS has no HSF get one on these for the NB.

my vid card does have a hsf on there but it looks like it is glued on and it looks pretty cheap! i was thinking about just getting 2 crystal orbs since the hsf you just posted for the nb looks a lot like mine...and arent they about the same price?

i would still like a pci fan to cool down my vid cards memory more

I get the same overclocking results with my stock cooling as with my crystal orb. I would suggest buying two cooljag 1U coolers for both your graphics card and chipset.

pci stinks and i personally have some bad experiences with them. the defects of the pci card cooler is also reported in the main page of overclockers.com. I creates a vacuum between yr video card and the cooler causing more problems instead of reducing
the heat.

A card cooler is the best. I had 2 10cm by 10cm card cooler blowing air from the side of my case into the agp and pci slots for effective cooling
