Rage3d Tweaker
This is a really good program to tweak Ati cards, but watch out because it tries to install Folding@Home. Folding@Home is great!!!! But you have to uncheck the box so it doesn't install it, or find the client text file and change the user name and team number. It'll look like- oooooRage3d Tweak Useroooo64oooonoooousetID32685fj43oooomachineID1ooooonooooonoooo8080
Or something like that. If you fold, we don't want you to fold for the rage3d team because there is an overclockers.com team, and the competition between the two teams is fierce. So change "Rage3d tweak User" to whatever username you want, and change "64" to "32". Save and exit.
There's also Powerstrip for tweaking Ati cards, but it doesn't have as many options.
