Max Thermal Output Info, please

What I need to know is the max thermal output, described here, for the P4's. This is all that I can find from Intels site:

Nope, It doesn't show it here, either. For a rough estimate, should it be 1.5x normal wattage or 2x?

Right now I'm doing some heavy research. I have a Compaq Presario 5000 with a 1.2GHz Celeron right now, which I got, with monitor and everything else, 899 refurbed. And a Power Mac for multimedia editing work,
