AX-478 w/Panaflo or Volcano 7+
what is better option for Pentium 4 2.26Ghz?
i want overclock 3.0 Ghz

or more ideas

Scroll down to the table of results using the CPU Die Simulator. The AX478 wins, and it is a far better heatsink to mount since it uses the P4 brackets, and the Volcano is a pain to get on since it has it's own mounting kit.

The AX-478 with a good 50+cfm fan will perform well. Suggestions for fans are;
Mechatronics F8025X 53cfm, 39dBA
Sunon KD1208BTBX-6A 50cfm, 40dBA
If noise isn't an issue, get a Delta 84cfm or Volcano.
