Conversion for NS into MHZ

Is there a formula for finding out how many MHz there are in a Nanosecond?

Example? 4.2ns = XXXmhz?

Did I make it confusing enough?

1000 divide by the speed in mhz.
1000\200=5ns.
1000\166=6ns
1000\133=7.5ns
