raid problem


going to recieve 2 WS 80gig 8mb drives, so was planning to do Raid-0 for it. i'm using iwill DVD-266-R board. my question is how to set this thing out to max out the performance? i thought i heard that put both drive in seperate channel will yield best result....is that true?

Hey bro... that drive u got will only do 40MB/s each... and having 2 on one ata 133 cable will give same performance as having it on 2 separate channels do the test and see for urself. The ata 133 cbl transfer @ 133MB/s
