don't you have to log in?

Ok, new problem (well not really a problem but a strange thing nontheless). Don't you always have to log in under linux? When I first installed linux on my machine I had to log in to get to the desktop. Now it just automatically boots straight into KDE(my default). Is this a bug? How do I fix it?

nevermind I found the little gremlin and fixed it. hehe

I assume by "gremlin" you mean runlevels.
