Yes, if stability becomes a problem with your ram, raise the vdimm. Your cpu temps won't be affected by increasing the vdimm or agp voltage.

If temps are not a problem, should I raise my ddr volt and agp volt to the max for more stability?

Do note that mpgrosz stated to raise the vdimm (ddr voltage) some if needed however do this in small increments and were I you I would think about it before exceeding .2v over default. Running it at max v puts the ram at risk and is usually not necessary. At the least look for heat spreaders before cranking it up to max setting.

I don't think you should raise the vdimm to more than 2.8-2.9v. Since ddr ram is fairly new the consequences of raising the vdimm to high are hard to gauge.
