asus p4t-e with 2.2 p4

Hello all . I have a asus p4t-e with 2.2 cpu . I just tryed the Dipper setting 120/30/40. ram set to 4x I got beeps so i went back and set ram to 3x no more beeps. but did not boot. volts set to 1.60. I can get it up to 2.6 (118 fsb with jumperless setting and ram set to 3x. my temp is 32c. I have a swifttech with delta fan on chip .any Ideas on how I can get more out of this puppy
