How can I get the system resources up? I am running 98 first edition. They have been getting very low and causing crashes. Thanks.

There are a few things you can try. First go to msconfig (go to run and type it in), and under startup try unselecting all the programs that are worthless (not vital to system) which will be most of them. Then restart the computer and check the resources. If they are stil down you can manually kill all the extra programs by pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL. The try to uninstall as many programs as possible under control panel/add remove programs.

I am downloading it and trying it out. I hope it works. Anyone else with any ideas? I will keep you posted on if it works.
