It warned you becouse your PCI AGP and FSB bus are to high, but should run just fine PCI should be 33 and AGP should be 66, and FSB should be 133 if sandra sees any of you busses to high even by 1 mhz it will warn you, anything over default will flag a warning so don't worry about it, your PCI bus is at 35 AGP is 70 wich is just fine, I have had my PCI at 41 and agp at 82 FSB 123 without any problems for over a year.

thats right.
you should just check out if thats really about the pci bus or pci latency instead. i dont see how the nic could hog the bus due to the higher frequency.
it seems like the pci devices (and agp video cards) can run using different pci latencies set by the drivers, and nic drivers use to set latency higher. just make sure you have the latency set to 32 cycles in your bios.

you should check first whether your pci devices are running on different latencies or not, and if that sandra reports about the nic is actually about the pci latency.
there are not so many settings in the bios that you cant search for this one - the pci configuration part should be the place where you should find it.
