IT7- need help

Hello, before setup my system i would like to verify few things. I would like to have your help, thanks.

1. Which PCI slot should i use? (i need only one)
2. Which DIMM slot would let me to OC my mem higher then the others?
3. Which BIOS ver would be the best? the 8H or MrN's one?
4. Any info about bios settings for best results?

Use the second PCI slot to give even more distance between your AGP slot and I usually have less dust on the card that way.
The DIMM slot nearest the CPU delivers the best results.
For me, none of the bioses have had much of a performance difference, but I do not like the splash screen that Mr. Natural's BIOS comes with.
