Question Low Voltage

I don't understand why my +3.3v is at +3.22 and my +5v is at 4.87v, could someone tell me and would a dual PSU helps, I used to have 2 scsi card, an ultra 160 with 3 ultra 160 drives and a ultra with DVD, CDR and a CD, but I have taken them all out and use 2 IDE HDDs and a IDE DVD and a IDE CDR now, but voltage still te same, don't understand...!!!
