Need help with Uxtheme.dll

I tried the uxtheme.dll patch but when i try to apply the theme it won't change the start menu, or none of the open windows it just goes to the classic startmenu. I am assuming that i did something wrong so if someone could please point me to a patched .dll that works i would be most thankful.
Also when i go to download new themes, whats the differnce between a Visual style and a theme?

you dont happen to have windows corporate edition, do you?

hmm, you can also try disabling "classic start menu" in taskbar properties.
